Returns & Replacements
Our return policy is simple:
If you are not happy with your purchase from us, for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of the order date for a full refund. Please note - Inkdrop Arthaus does not reimburse for outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to defect in quality.
Printed Items:
The person providing the image is responsible for ensuring their image has proper color and tone balance and is of a suitable resolution for print. People submitting their images are encouraged to proof their image first by ordering a hard copy proof print.
Inkdrop Arthaus takes pride in producing only the best quality prints. You can order confidently knowing we offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If contacted within 30 days of the original order date, Inkdrop Arthaus will either replace or refund any print or product that is deemed unsatisfactory by the customer; except in the case when Inkdrop Arthaus expresses concern over image quality issues such as poor resolution or potential tonal problems with the image to the customer prior to printing.
Frames / Mats / Glazing:
Frames, mats and glazing may be returned within 30 days of order date. Because these orders are cut to your specifications there will be a 25% restocking fee unless being returned for defect in quality or damage in shipping.
Damaged Item Instructions:
If your order is damaged in shipping contact Inkdrop Arthaus within a week of receiving your order. To expedite your replacement or refund please take photographs of the packaging and the ordered items so we can better our processes.
